QuickLogix Web Application and Android app

The custom application is designed to streamline the customer generation, product and order management process.

All actions performed by agents via Android app are visible on web dashboard in realtime – reducing latency and increasing productivity and accountability.

OTP confirmations are used as additional checks for certain actions.

Web application

Front end designed using react.js and backend designed using CI and mysql. System uses secure api calls to transfer data from source to destination. Key features

  • Customer Management – View or operate on customer information.
  • Customer Visit Log – View or operate on customer visit log. Agents log their visit to customer via android app using GPS and photo submission.
  • Customer Payment Log – View or operate on customer payment log. Agents log collecting payment from customer via android app using OTP.
  • Products – View or manage products and stock details
  • Orders – View or operate on orders generated. Agent generates order via android app and admin can do confirm/reject/assign delivery etc actions from web.
  • Users – View or operate on user information. Each agent is assigned login credential for app which can easily be revoked from web.
  • Companies – View or operate on companies information.
  • Reports – Reports like sales, payments and visit log with various filters to convert raw data to information.
  • Android application

    Simple and responsive UI which allows agents to perform various actions easily. Agents can register and enroll customers directly from app. Other actions which can be done are Log Customer Visit, Log Payment, Place Order. Agent can also see past actions via agent report section
